Two Arrested on Drug Charges at Allen Double Kwik

On Tuesday October 25, Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two individuals in the parking lot of the Allen Double Kwik on drug charges. Deputies received a tip that Gary Layne Hale, 35, was wanted on outstanding warrants and was in the Allen community. He was located at the Double Kwik, along with his passenger, Angela June Allen, 31, and was found to be in possession of illegal drugs when deputies discovered what was believed to be crystal meth. Both were charged with possession of Illegal Drug, with Hale also facing additional charges from an outstanding warrant. Both were lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
