Monday, October 31, Knox County Deputy Carl Frith arrested Hailey A. Bond, 24 of Barbourville, KY, on a Knox County Grand Jury Indictment Warrant charging her with Murder. The indictment was a results of Knox County Deputy Claude  Hudson’s investigation into the death of 66-year-old Lillie S. Sizemore that occurred on April 10, 2016. Hailey Bond was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
