At around 11:30pm November 2, 36 year old Jonathan Olinger of Jacksonville, North Carolina was charged in connection with the armed robbery that occurred at the Dollar General on Black Gold Court on October 30^th. Olinger denied being present during the robbery, but admitted to providing the gun and vehicle used during the crime and benefited from the money stolen. He also admitted to destroying an identifying vanity license plate from the front of the vehicle. Olinger is charged with Robbery, 1^st degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence, both felony charges.
