On Saturday, November 19, the Bissell Pet Foundation will pay 100% of the adoption fee at the Lawrence County Humane Society Animal Shelter for all adoptable cats/kittens and puppies/dogs. Individuals must still meet the adoption criteria established by the shelter. Hours of operation will be 10am to 5pm.
