On Tuesday, November 15, London Police were contacted by the Lebanon Police Department in Tennessee to locate a vehicle driven by a Tennessee fugitive that was possibly in the London area. Sgt. Daniel Robinson located the vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot and located, Juan J. Garcia, 33, of Lebanon, at the Greyhound Bus Station Burger King. Garcia was arrested on a felony warrant from Tennessee based on upon the charge of the rape of a child between three and 13 years of age. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
