Big Sandy Community and Technical College’s East Kentucky Science Center and Planetarium held its Regional Science Fair on Saturday, November 5 on the Prestonsburg campus of BSCTC. Sixty-five students from 22 schools participated in the day-long event, which presented first, second, and third place awards for students in the fourth through 12th grades. Steve Russo, director of the EKSC, commended the students, teachers, and schools for their work in promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics education.
