Human remains found on November 28 in Bath County on US 60 East, off of I-64 at the 123 mile marker, have been identified as 35-year-old Crystal J. Warner. 52-year-old Craig Pennington, of Springfield, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Murder on July 28, 2016 in connection to the disappearance of Warner and her 38-year-old boyfriend, Robert K. Jones, whose remains were found off KY Highway 60 and Goshen Road near Winchester, KY on Friday, August 5th, 2016. The Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the identity through dental records. Pennington remains lodged in the Marion County Jail awaiting trial.
