Ashland Police Lieutenant Ryan Conley graduated from the FBI National Academy December 16. The FBI National Academy is a professional course of study for U.S. and international law enforcement managers. The 10-week program serves to improve the administration of justice in police departments and agencies at home and abroad and to raise law enforcement standards, knowledge, and cooperation worldwide. Lieutenant Conley was one of three police officers representing Kentucky. He is a 15 year Ashland PD veteran and is Support Services Commander in the Technical Services Division.
