Ashland Police and Fire Departments have called off the search for a vehicle reported to have driven into the Ohio River Monday evening. Ashland Police said they received a call of the incident at the Port of Ashland around 8:36pm December 19. The search has been hindered by swift currents and high water levels on the river. Surveillance video at the Ashland Riverfront was inconclusive in showing a vehicle driving into the water.
