On Saturday, December 24, Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Cody Faulconer arrested 34-year-old Henry Adams. Deputy Faulconer was dispatched to a complaint on East 4th St. in London of a gold colored SUV headed eastbound on the Hal Rogers Parkway traveling at a high rate of speed in oncoming traffic. When the suspect vehicle was located, two children were observed standing in the back seat and a four-year-old girl without a car seat. The driver, Adams, admitted to drinking and was determined to be under the influence. Adams was charged with DUI, failure to use child restraints and wear seatbelts, reckless driving, and three counts of 2nd degree wanton endangerment. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
