The investigation into a robbery that occurred at the Family Dollar at the Hazard Village Shopping Center Christmas Day led investigating officer Elvin Hendrix to obtain a warrant for 29 year old Ricky Ashley. Shortly after midnight Wednesday, Ashley was located by Kentucky State Police in Vicco. He was arrested without incident and the warrant was served, charging him with Robbery, 1st degree. He was lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
