The Friends of Middle Creek will be holding an Old Christmas and Battlefield Commemoration on Sunday, January 8, 2017. At 1pm, a Middle Creek Battlefield Commemoration will be held at the Middle Creek Battlefield. A live fire musket volley will commence, along with Mayor Les Stapleton speaking. At 2pm, An Old Christmas soiree will be held at the Samuel May House. Light refreshments will be served with musical performances and living historians dressed in 19th Century attire will also be present.
