Additional charges have been filed in the case of a theft that occurred at the Prestonsburg Walmart on December 16. Through investigation, Sgt. Ralph Frasure learned that Debbie Stewart, wife of Robert Stewart, who assisted in the theft, was the actual individual that stole the victim’s wallet as the others kept her distracted. An arrest warrant has been issued for Debbie Stewart of Allen by the Floyd County District Court.
