Two missing juveniles have been found in Knox County. 15-year-old Verticia Brownlee went missing from her home in Laurel County the night of December 29, 2016. She was accompanied by Makayla “Jada” Jackson, also 15, of Corbin. The two were found safe in Knox County after a joint effort by Laurel and Knox County Sheriff’s Offices. Laurel County Deputy Travis Napier returned the pair to Laurel County on December 31, 2016.
