Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrested Paul Wayne Baker, Jr, age 29, around 1:40pm the afternoon of January 11, 2017. The arrest occurred after Baker was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license and numerous other traffic violations. Baker was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
