A Clay County man was arrested January 11 on charges related to the rape of a 15-year-old girl. Michael Todd Lewis, 28, of Manchester, was arrested Wednesday after being accused of drugging a minor he met online and raping her. Charges include rape, sodomy, kidnapping, and felony custodial interference. Lewis reportedly had a gun on him at the time of the incident, as well. He is lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
