A Louisville woman is currently facing the consequences of a message she posted on social media about assassinating the president. Heather Lowry of Louisville tweeted “If someone was cruel enough to assassinate MLK, maybe someone will be kind enough to assassinate Trump.” The message lead to Lowry deactivating her social media accounts, but has resulted in her being terminated from two employers, Va Va Vixens and American Income Life. Both employers released statements against her behavior. Lowry is currently being investigated by the Secret Service for the message.
