Knox County Man Arrested After Allegedly Threatening to Fight People in a Home

On January 18, Knox County Deputy Mikey Ashurst responded to a Knox 911 call about an intoxicated man trying to fight others in a home on Hazel Fork Road, including two pregnant women. When Deputy Ashurst arrived, a woman was outside the residence and said the man was knocking holes in the wall. Jose Miller, 27, became combative with the deputy during the arrest. He was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and terroristic threatening. Miller was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
