A Laurel County man was arrested for shoplifting on Sunday, January 29, 2017. James Zeo, 29, was arrested at Corbin Vendors Mall after Deputy Gary Mehler was dispatched to a shoplifting complaint. Zeo had allegedly taken three CDs and a small tool set valued at $30, and was also under the influence. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking and public intoxication and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
