Hazard Police are investigating the theft of a vehicle from the rear parking lot of the Physician’s Office Building at Hazard ARH. The vehicle is a white 2014 Ford F-250 Super Duty SuperCab with a red and black snow plow on the front and a yellow salt spreader mounted to the back.
