Kentucky State Police, Pikeville Post, is investigating the shooting of a Pikeville man. The incident occurred during the evening hours of Saturday, February 4, 2017. The preliminary investigating indicated that Clancy Adkins, 54 of Pikeville, was fatally shot at his residence on Coon Branch in Pike County.
