A London man was arrested Friday, February 3, after London Police received an assault complaint at Plantation Apartments shortly before midnight. Justonn Chadwell, 26, spoke with Officer Steven Sparks that he was in a physical altercation with nearby tenants, leaving him with a swollen eye. Chadwell refused medical treatment. At KentuckyOne Health, two victims said they were stabbed by Chadwell after a verbal argument turned physical, leaving them with serious injuries. Chadwell was charged with two counts of first degree assault and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
