Trespassing Complaint Leads to Arrest in Bell County

On Monday, February 6, Bell County Sheriff’s Deputy Patrick Brooks arrested a man following a trespassing complaint. A call was received of a vehicle parked on private property, which the land owner wanted removed. The driver, Phong Miller, 29, was found hiding behind the car and had three outstanding warrants. Miller was found in possession of three pills in a cigarette pack, of which he took two. In addition to the warrants, he was arrested for possession and tampering with physical evidence. Miller was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
