Three were arrested in Laurel County during the early morning hours of February 8. Deputies observed suspicious activity in a business parking lot off West Cumberland Parkway. After investigating, three individuals were found in possession of prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia, and one individual with an outstanding warrant. Charles Evans and Ethan Powers, both 23, were charged with drug possession, while Evans and Jamie Peters, also 23, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. All three were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
