On February 27, 2017, at approximately 4:30am, Knox County Deputy Mikey Ashurst received a call from Knox 911 reporting a male prowler around the vehicles at Legacy Auto Group in Corbin. While searching the lot, Deputy Ashurst received a second call of a man fleeing on foot when he spotted police vehicles. The truck belonging to the prowler was found to have a sawed off shotgun inside, along with pipes for drug use. Joshua Lee Wilson, 32, was found in a wooded area and arrested. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
