Three men were arrested Friday, March 3rd in the Garrett and Eastern Communities of Floyd County. Around 6pm, Deputy Oliver Little stopped three individuals in Eastern after witnessing a driving violation. During the stop, Kevin Cox, 39, of Garner, KY, was discovered to be wanted in another jurisdiction on multiple charges. Around 8pm, Sheriff John Hunt and Deputy Sgt. Kevin Shepherd stopped a Chevrolet Blazer with four occupants in Garrett; two occupants were acting suspiciously. Jeremy Graff, 45, of Garner, was attempting to conceal ammunition and brass knuckles. Hank Pelphrey, 60, was in possession of a black bag containing a large amount of drugs.
