On March 16, Kentucky Emergency Management hosted a multi-state planning workshop, which included officials from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation, and members from the private sector. The workshop was held in Frankfort at the State Emergency Operations Center and focused on developing unified methodology for planning, response and recovering from major weather or emergency events which could impact the traveling public and interstate commerce.
