On Sunday, March 26, Harlan County Sheriff’s Department arrested Mark Thompson, 23, of Cawood. Thompson was served with two Harlan County District Court Bench Warrants. Through further investigation, methamphetamine was discovered. Thompson was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of controlled substance, and promoting contraband. He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center.
