At 4:18pm on Tuesday, April 4, Kentucky State Police Morehead received a call about a one vehicle accident on Wooley Road in Fleming County. Upon arrival, it was determined Charles Lewis, 60, of Wallingford was operating a moped eastbound on Wooley Rd, when he lost control of the moped, left the roadway and struck an embankment before coming to a final rest, causing him to be ejected from the vehicle. Mr. Lewis was airlifted to UK Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.
