At 3:35Pm April 10, Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 50-year-old Harold Partin Jr., of Bell County, on charges related to distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Partin was arrested as a result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. He was charged with eight counts of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor, each punishable by up to five years in prison.
