Around 5pm Tuesday, April 18, while on routine patrol on Highway 66, Bell County Deputy Nick Capps was following a Pontiac Grand Am occupied by two males. The Grand Am swerved to the shoulder and Deputy Capps called dispatch for information on the vehicle tag. The vehicle was found to have cancelled tags due to failure to maintain insurance. While initiating a traffic stop, a pill bottle filled was different medications was spotted, along with a bag of crystal methamphetamine was spotted. The two brothers, Donnie and John Fuston, were arrested on multiple charges and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
