Investigators with Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard are asking for assistance from the public as they continue the search for a missing Breathitt County woman. Debbie L. Lacaria, age 58 of Jackson, was reported missing on March 10, 2017 by a family member who was concerned that no one had been in contact with her for several weeks. Lacaria was last seen by neighbors outside her residence on HWY 3193 in Jackson, sometime near the end of February 2017. She is a white female, around five feet tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown, shoulder length hair.
