KY 1384, Hurricane Creek at milepoints 0 to 2 is currently underwater between Cedar Creek in Pikeville and Boldman. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 12 officials believe water backed up to cover the roadway around noon, which had been clear the morning of April 24. River backup increased the height of the water around 4pm, which led to officials closing the roadway until the water recedes and travel is safe again.
