Work has begun on KY 931 in Letcher County to replace a drain. The drain runs underneath the pavement, and blacktop must be cut to remove the old drain and install the new one. The road will be closed between 9am and 2:45pm April 26 and 27. Motorists are advised to use KY 1148 as an alternate route while work is underway. Traffic will be able to get to locations on either side of the work zone, but will not be able to go through the site.
