The 3^rd Annual Van Lear May Day will be held Saturday, May 6 at the Coal Miners’ Museum. The festivities include live music beginning at 4pm until 10pm, featuring local musicians such at the Now and Then Band, Charlie Hall and the Rocky Knob Ramblers, Body Lowe and the Hardscratch Band, and Sweet Run. A double elimination corn hole tournament will begin at 5pm with medals awarded to 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place. Concessions will also be sold.
