Laurel County Sheriff Deputy Gary Mehler arrested 20-year-old Dustin Lunsford, of London, around 1:30am Sunday May 6. The arrest occurred off Barbourville Road after Deputy Mehler was dispatched to investigate a complaint. The subject was found passed out and determined to be under the influence. Lunsford was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
