Knox County Man Arrested After Evading Police Over a Year

A Knox County man has been arrested after evading police for over a year. Jeffery Gray, 41 of Flat Lick, was wanted on an indictment warrant and arrest warrant for felony drug trafficking charges. He was considered a threat to police officer safety after saying he would should any police officer who attempted to arrest him. On May 8, around 3pm, Knox County Deputies were attempting to locate and arrest Gray when he was spotted driving on KY 223. He was arrested in the parking lot of Esco’s Market, during which he threatened the deputies. Gray was charged with two warrants as well as carrying a concealed deadly weapon, terroristic threatening, and disorderly conduct.
