KentuckyOne Health announced Friday, May 12, that they will be evolving their structure for care in Kentucky. In a statement released by the organization, they said their focus will be on a smaller footprint centered in central and eastern Kentucky. As part of their reorganization, select facilities will be sold, including Saint Joseph Martin. They said they will continue to operate facilities up for sale until the time of transition. Ruth Brinkley, president and CEO of KentuckyOne Health, said they have an extensive transition program underway to ease the change.
