Auxier Woman Arrested for Girl Scout Cookie Theft

An Auxier woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing over $26,000 in Girl Scout Cookies. Leah Ann Vick, 26, was indicted on Wednesday, May 10, for allegedly stealing the cookies while she was a troop leader. According to the indictment, she picked up a large order of cookies in Pikeville in February, but her troop had no record of her dropping off the shipment of cookies. She was arrested on Tuesday, May 16, charged with theft by unlawful taking, and lodged in the Pike County Detention Center.
