Northbound lanes of Highway 15 in Hazard were closed the evening of Tuesday, May 16. A tractor trailer overturned between the north end of the Highway 15 Bypass and Double Kwik. Hazard Police said no injuries occurred in the accident. The road was reopened around 11:40pm.
