On Tuesday, May 16, at 10pm, Kentucky State Police Post 8 Morehead received information about a two vehicle collision on Morehead Road in Fleming County. Investigation determined that Dana Gulley, 48, of Flemingsburg, Ky, was traveling southbound in a Toyota Camry when she attempted to make a left turn and was struck by a Dodge Charger being driven by Fleming County Deputy Justin Conley. Deputy Conley was responding to a complaint with his emergency equipment activated at the time of the collision. Ms. Gulley was flown to UK Hospital for treatment and listed in stable condition. Two passengers were taken to Fleming County Hospital for treatment and released. Deputy Conley was not injured.
