The East Kentucky Science Center and Varia Planetarium has announced its summer camp schedule. Beginning June, Colorific summer camp will be available to preschool children, with Riverworks’ Make A Splash beginning June 13, both $10 for members or $15 for non-members. Kindergarten through second grade children will have Simple Machines starting June 6, followed by Solar Daze on June 15. Third and fourth grade students can sign up for Elements of the Universe for June 8. These events are $25 and $30. Fourth through eighth grade students can attend Astronautics on June 20 and 21 for $40 for members and $50 for non-members. Finally, fifth through ninth grade students may attend Engineering Technology on June 28 and 29 at a cost of $30 and $40 for members and non-members, with Epic Robots and Programming being the final camp on July 13 for $25 and $30.
