Members of the Ashland Police Department arrested Seth Stroming on Saturday, May 20. Stroming was wanted on an active warrant issued Greenup County, along with felony charges. The charges include felony possession of a handgun, and receiving stolen property. Stroming was suspected in multiple thefts that occurred on Thursday, May 18 in the 13th Street area near Ashland Community and Technical College. A large amount of property was recovered and Ashland Police are attempting to identify the victims. Victims can come to the Ashland Police Department during normal business hours so the property recovered can be itemized and returned on a case-by-case basis, depending on pending charges.
