On Wednesday, May 24, the Harlan County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint on a vehicle in the Cawood area. Deputies located the vehicle traveling on US421 and arrested three individuals on various charges following an investigation. Brandon Miller, 33, of Evarts, was charged with trafficking, DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and other trafficking offenses, as well as a Pike County bench warrant. Raymond Miller, 24, of Coalgood, was also charged with trafficking, paraphernalia, and drug possession. Marada Kirby, 36, of Evarts, was arrested on similar charges, as well as tampering with physical evidence. All three were lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center.
