Syringes were found near a Mingo County park the weekend of May 20, and two men have now been arrested. The needles were found close to the Kermit Park. On Wednesday, May 24, the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office made two arrests in connection with the incident. Bill Spaulding and Jeff Spaulding were arrested in Kermit, West Virginia and charged with Prohibited Act and Conspiracy.
