On Friday, May 26, 2017, at approximately 05:48 p.m., the Kentucky State Police was contacted in reference to a report of an inappropriate relationship between a teacher, Darvin Andrew Crouch, and a female student at Bath County Middle School. On Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 05:55 a.m. Darvin Andrew Crouch, age 38 of Owingsville, Kentucky, was charged with four counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and lodged in the Clark County Detention Center in Winchester, Kentucky. The incident remains under investigation by Detective David Zimmerman.
