An arrest was made at the Laurel County Judicial Center on Tuesday, May 30, around 11:30am. Detective James Sizemore arrested Keresia Botner, 44 of London, after she was found in possession of three needles, three plastic bags with residue, and a plastic container with a crystal substance inside. She was arrested for possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
