On Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at approximately 10:25am, KSP Post 8 Morehead responded to a fatal structure fire at 1002 Patrick Road in West Liberty, along with the Morgan County Fire Department and Morgan County Coroner’s Office. Sharon Williams, age 39, of West Liberty, was located deceased inside the structure. The incident remains under investigation by Detectives Royce Collett and Shane Barnes.
