Mullins responded to a call at 695 KY RT 1750 in reference to a male subject who came to a woman’s home stating people were trying to kill him. Upon arrival, a male subject, identified as Matthew Martin of Richmond, KY, was standing outside the residence on the back porch. Martin advised the deputy that he didn’t know where he was and that he was very paranoid. He advised he had been drinking and taking suboxone earlier that day. The home owner advised the subject had gone into the bathroom of the home to attempt to flush some methamphetamine, which was recovered.
