On Saturday, August 12, around 3:47pm, Bell County Dispatch received a call of an accident with possible injury at a residence on 25E in Pineville. When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, a gold colored SUV was found on his top in the yard at the residence. The driver, Michael Mills, 32, had apparently lost control, veering off the road and flipping into the yard. After exiting the vehicle, Mills fled on foot. He was apprehended around 5:15pm and charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. He was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
